    Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal:

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing date.
    • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via their respective app stores.

    How to Cancel a Subscription:

    On the App Store (Apple):

    • Open Settings on your device.
    • Tap iTunes & App Store.
    • Tap your Apple ID and select View Apple ID.
    • Scroll down to Subscriptions and tap it.
    • Select LunaTales and tap Unsubscribe.

    On Google Play (Android):

    • Open the Google Play Store app.
    • Verify that you are signed in to the correct Google account.
    • Tap Menu → Subscriptions.
    • Select LunaTales and tap Unsubscribe.
    • Follow the instructions.

    Refund Policy:

    • All purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for used or unused subscriptions, except where required by law.
    • If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the service, please contact info@lunatales.app for assistance.

    7. Virtual Currency (Cookies) Policy

    • "Cookies" inside the LunaTales app are not real money and have no cash value.
    • Users cannot exchange Cookies for real money or transfer them between accounts.
    • LunaTales reserves the right to modify or revoke Cookies at any time without prior notice or compensation.

    • LunaTales is not responsible for any unintended, harmful, or inappropriate content generated through the app.

Terms of Service for LunaTales

Effective Date: 10/12/2024

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LunaTales, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under 13, your parent/guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. License to Use

We grant users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Misuse the app (e.g., hacking, distributing malware).
  • Upload inappropriate content.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Any subscription fees will be clearly outlined and subject to cancellation policies.
  • Refund policies comply with applicable laws.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • U.S. Users: Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the LunaTales App will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in [Nashville, Tennessee] (or another mutually agreed location) before a single arbitrator.
  • You and Luna LLC agree to arbitrate all disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative action related to the dispute.
  • The arbitrator will have the authority to award any remedy that could be awarded by a court, including injunctive relief, but will have no authority to award any form of class-wide relief. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • If for any reason a claim is brought in court, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
  • EU Users: You may escalate disputes to your local Data Protection Authority.
